Hi, it’s Belinda Spencer here today to share two cards I have created using the awesome new Tribal Background Stamp.
Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of black cardstock 10.5cm x 30cm. Fold in half to form the card base.
2. Cut a piece of smooth white cardstock 10cm x 14.5cm. Apply Jet Black Archival Ink to the Tribal Background Stamp. Stamp on the white cardstock. Allow the ink to dry or give it a quick blast with a heat gun. Apply Black Soot Distress Ink around the edges with an ink blending tool. Stick down on the black cardstock base.
3. Use the Jet Black ink to stamp the giraffe from the Wild Africa Vol. 1 Stamp Set and three tags from the Tags Stamp Set on smooth white cardstock. Fussy cut each image. Punch holes in the ends of the tags. Arrange the tags and attach to the card front. Add the giraffe with 3D foam. Cut off the excess that overhangs the side of the card.
4. Stamp a number from the Big Numbers Stamp Set on white cardstock using Tree Branch Archival Ink. Fussy cut the number and add to the card with 3D foam. Stamp the sentiment from the Wild Africa set and cut out the word ‘wild’. Add to the card with 3D foam. Tie some ribbon on the tags.

Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of green cardstock 16cm x 23cm. Fold in half to form the card base.
2. Cut a piece of smooth white cardstock to fit in a MISTI (or other stamp positioning system). Line up the Tribal Background stamp with the cardstock. Use Faber Castell Stamper’s Big Brush Pensto colour one line of pattern at a time to create a rainbow effect. Spritz very lightly with water before stamping on the cardstock. Once all lines of pattern have been stamped remove the cardstock from the MISTI and dry with a heat gun. Cut around the patterned background. Distress the edges and ink with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink. Stick down on the cardstock base.
3. Repeat this process with the zebra stamp from the Wild Africa Vol. 1 set to create a technicolour zebra. Dry with a heat gun before fussy cutting. Add to the background with 3D foam.
4. Stamp another line of pattern from the Tribal Background using the Faber Castell pens. Cut out the pattern strip and add to the base of the zebra with 3D foam.
5. Stamp some of the weeds from the Home Sweet home set using the Faber Castell pens. Fussy cut and add to the area around the zebra’s hooves.
6. Stamp the word ‘Wild’ from a sentiment in the Wild Africa Vol. 1 set using the pens. Add a chipboard speech bubble to the card. Glue the ‘wild’ word on top. Stamp the ‘Party Time!’ quote from the Party Time set using Jet Black ink. Cut out and glue onto the card on the extra Tribal strip.
