Hi there! Today we’d like to share some project ideas using the Take Flight Small Stamp! This is a fun sized sentiment, perfect for tags, cards and other projects!
Here’s a few different ways it can be used:
Rachel has stamped the Take Flight Small Stamp with Deep Purple and Aquamarine Archival Inks, and stamped a small tag with the Sunshine Background Stamp using Coffee Archival Ink. Added these to a spotted Kraft card using foam adhesive for some dimension. A fun way to layer up the card!
For this card, Rachel used the same coloured inks as the first card, but combined it with the Fine Flowers Vol 1Stamp Set and the Diagonal Stripes Background Stamp for a soft watercolour look.
This is a beautiful spread in a small planner using the Take Flight Small Stamp with Mint Chip Embossing Powder. Godelieve has also embossed the Small Butterflies Stencil
with the same embossing powder, then sponged Distress Inks around the page. To see more about this project, please visit Godelieve’s blog here.
Here’s a beautiful card by Godelieve where she has sponged ink through the Small Butterflies Stencil and stamped the Take Flight Small Stamp over the top with Jet Black Archival Ink. Godelieve created a border using stamps from Tropical Leaves and Full Bloom Vol 2 Stamp Sets and coloured them with Twinkling H20’s. Read more about this card here.
For this card Connie has combined the Sunshine Background Stamp with the Take Flight Small Stamp and stamped both in Jet Black Archival ink. A highlight of colour was created by stamping the butterfly in Red Geranium ink on a few areas over the card and using a red card base.
Connie created a background with Distress Oxide inks and stamped a few butterflies from the Butterflies Stamp Set over the background. Connie stamped the Take Flight Small Stamp and trimmed it out into separate strips before adhering it onto the card. You can read more about these cards on Connie’s blog here.
Here’s a cute idea from Godelieve where she has stamped the little butterflies in red and trimmed them out to layer on top of the first stamped image to give it a pop of colour and dimension! Godelieve also used the Honeycomb Background Stamp and Wings Stamp Set. Read more about this card here.
These are just a few ideas to show how this stamp can be used! If you’d like to see more Small Stamp projects, check out our Small Stamps Pinterest Board!
