We're going to show off the Sweet Treats Vol 1 stamp set today!
Look at all those yummy goodies in this stamp set :) I have to say, this was one of my favourite collections to photograph! We ordered two dozen cupcakes for the photo shoot and of course... what's one to do with them after the photos have been taken? Eat them of course! They were the most delicious cupcakes I'd ever tasted, so rich and moist. Yum! And now every time you stamp with these cupcake stamps, you can think of me eating them all up... hahaha! Of course I had plenty of takers to help me eat them (thank goodness!)
So now that we have the stamps, here's some great ideas on how to use them:
Moving onto the cupcakes, here's a card Godelieve has created with the cupcake cluster:
Godelieve's used Distress Inks and pencils to colour the image, along with some glitter to make the icing sparkly :) Good enough to eat I say!! You can read more about this card on Godelieve's blog here.
Sarah has also had some fun with the single cupcake stamp... here's a card she's created:
The quotes are perfect for using inside the card too!
And here's a fabulous idea from Sarah on how to create wrapping paper...
Doesn't that look fantastic!!! Love it! Sarah created the wrapping paper by stamping the images onto brown packaging paper! The cupcakes were stamped with Timber Brown Stazon ink, and the other stamps were stamped with Distress inks. She also used a Star stamp from the All Occasions stamp set.
Here's a look at the wrapping paper when it's flat:
And another look at it used for wrapping a gift:
Fabulous! Makes me want to eat all those cupcakes all over again :)
