Hi there! Today we are sharing lots of ideas using the Small Rainbow Stencil!
We've released a series of sky related stencils that include the Sun, Moon, Clouds and a Rainbow. The Rainbow stencil consist of separate arches that can be coloured in so many different ways! You can use lots of different techniques to create your rainbows. You can create beautiful ink blends by sponging ink through the different arches (fun tip - the Ranger Detail Blending Tool fits it perfectly!), use texture paste, liquid pearls or glitter gels through it, paint through it, draw or doodle through it. Here are a few projects using this stencil to inspire you! Click on the images for more details on each project.
On this art journal page, Lisa has created a beautiful watercolour rainbow that creates a beautiful focal point for the page.
Susie has created fun gift tags using Rainbow Stencil. Susie hand stitched and beaded the blue/green one and used a sentiment from the new Christmas Bush Stamp Set for the pink/orange one. A touch of lace and fabric scrap added a touch of shabby chic.
Have fun creating!
Thanks for stopping by the blog today!
the best stamps in the world
Louise Collier on 19 January 2021I absolutely LOVE Darkroom door stamps and 'things'. If I could, I'd buy the lot! And it's really great seeing examples of very artistic people making use of it all. It's very inspirational. Thank you so much , Rachael. with regards, long time fan, Louise Collier New Zealand
