Hi, it’s Emilia Hsu here to share some more cards featuring Postmarks Background Stamp. If you missed my first post using this stamp, you can find it here.
When making cards, I have a habit of taking step-by-step photos. Hope you find them helpful.
Here is a simple card with blue houses from the Carved Houses stamp set:
Instructions:
1. Stamp Postmarks Background Stamp onto white cardstock using Archival Sky Blue inkpad. Sponge it around the edges with a blending tool.
2. Stamp some greetings from All Occasions in line using Archival Cobalt and Cornflower Blue inkpad.
3. Stamp Carved Houses onto the background by using the same blue inkpads. Each roof is cut apart from the house for easy inking.

Instructions:
1. Stamp Postmarks Background Stamp onto white cardstock using Archival Pink Peony inkpad.
2. I found some postmarks stamps from other Darkroom Door sets and stamped them onto the background with Archival Rose Madder inkpad. Sponge the background around the edges with an blending tool.
3. Stamp the caravan from Carved Caravans and a stripe from Tribal Background Stamp on white stamping paper, cut out and adhere to the background. I separated Tribal Background Stamp into many stripes and put them in Storage Case so I could use one as a stand alone border stamp.
