Hi stampers! Time to get a little paint on our hands with the new Paint Brushes Eclectic Stamp! We have a few projects to share with you today from our talented contributing artists!
First a card by Belinda Spencer:
Instructions:
Cut a piece of watercolour paper to size. Spray with neon mists and allow to run down the paper. Dry with a heat gun. Apply the Paint Brushes stamp at the top of this piece using Jet Black Ranger Archival Ink. Add some brush strokes from the Brush Stokes Rubber Stamp Set using neon inks. Stamp the paint brushes again on smooth white cardstock using the Jet Black ink. Cut out and stick over the image stamped on the card front. Apply the paint brushes again on smooth white cardstock using Time Holtz Distress Embossing Ink. Heat set with Super Fine Detail Silver Ranger Embossing Powder. Cut out the silver part of the paint brushes and layer on top of the brushes on the card. Add the quote from the Artist Rubber Stamp Set using the Jet Black ink. Add this whole piece onto a black cardstock base.
Teresa Abajo shares a fun clever card:
Instructions:
Stamp the Paint Brushes onto white cardstock in black ink. Cut a couple of them out. Stamp the Grid Background onto white cardstock and mount onto black cardstock, then onto a white card. Stamp a couple of the images from the Brush Strokes set in different colours and adhere the brushes over them with foam tape. Stamp some splats from the Paint Splats set. Add the words using Alphabet Medley.
Lastly, here's a quick card by Rachel Greig:
Instructions:
Spray two or three colours of Distress Spray Stains onto a non-stick craft sheet. Lay Specialty Stamping Paper into the puddle of ink and twist around. Lift off and dry with heat tool. Stamp Paint Brushes along left side of card stock using Archival Jet Black ink pad. Stamp quote from Art de Fleur Vol 1 Rubber Stamp set on the right side. Mount onto black cardstock, then onto a folded blue card.
