Hi there! Today we are sharing lots of ideas using the Small Moon Set Stencil!
We've released a series of sky related stencils that include the Sun, Moon, Clouds and a Rainbow. The Moon Set stencil comes with the stencil and the mask of the moon shape for you to work inside the stencil or outside the mask (and various other techniques!) You can create beautiful ink blends by sponging ink through the stencil, use texture paste, liquid pearls or glitter gels through it, paint through it, gel print, draw or doodle through it, spray ink onto it and press the stencil onto your page for watery effects and more. Here are a few projects using this stencil to inspire you!
For this card, Rachel used the Moon Dust Stickles Glitter Gel through the stencil to create some shimmer! It is easy to apply with a palette knife. The Dream sentiment is from the Little Dreams Stamp Set. The stars in the background were stamped with the Sketchy Stars Eclectic Stamp.
On this card, Godelieve used Lemon Drop Speckle Embossing Powder through the Moon Stencil and the Starry Night Stencil. The background was sponged with Weathered Wood and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Ink Pads. The bear is from Hello Baby Vol 1 Stamp Set.
Connie sponged the Moon Stencil in different inks before stamping the Torn Text Background Stamp and Number Medley Stamp Set over the top. The cut out stars are from the Sketchy Stars Eclectic Stamp and the words are from the Dream Big Sentiment Stamp.
Have fun creating!
