Hi there crafters! Today we are sharing lots of ideas using the Large Tall Flowers Stencil!
This stencil has three flower designs taken from the Tall Flowers Stamp Set and turned into a stencil! It includes the solid masks and the open stencil shapes, so it is very versatile! The flowers can be used as one design or each flower can be used individually. It is available in both large and small sizes, however today we’d like to share some project using the large stencil. Our large stencils are 9”x12” in size, so you can create large focal points and designs on large art journals or a big flower garden in your projects! A few ways to use the stencil include sponging ink through it, putting texture paste or glitter gels through it, painting through it, gel printing, drawing through it, spraying ink onto it and pressing the stencil onto your page for watery effects and more. Here are a few projects using this stencil to inspire you!
Teresa Abajo created this journal page by creating a gel print with the Tall Flowers stencil and adding some embossing powder to the tips of the flowers to add some colour and texture!
Sarah Feeney started this art journal page as a mop up page! Sarah had used the Tall Flowers Stencil on another page with black spray paint and the whole stencil was covered in it, so she used this journal page to make a print of the stencil! It looks fabulous! Sarah finished the page using the Abstract 8, Abstract 10 Stamps and Grunge Marks Stamp Set.
For this card, Godelieve Tijskens sponged different inks through the stencil to create a multi coloured flower!
For this page, Godelieve used the flower masks and placed them on the page and sponged around them with Tattered Rose Distress Ink. Godelieve also used the large Checkered Stencil and the Smile Stencil.
We hope these ideas spark your imagination! The Tall Flowers Stencil is a fabulous stencil that can be combined with many of our other stencils too! Have fun creating!
Thanks for stopping by the blog today!
