Hi there! We hope you are having a wonderful weekend! Today we’d like to share some card ideas using the Great Friend Small Stamp! This is a fun sized sentiment, perfect for tags and cards.:
Here’s a few different ways it can be used:
Rachel has stamped the Great Friend stamp with Spiced Marmalade, Peeled Paint and Fossilized Amber Distress Archival Inks, and stamped a small tag with the Flower Garden Background Stamp using Potting Soil Archival Ink. Added these to a spotted Kraft card using foam adhesive for some dimension. A fun way to layer up the card!
Here are some more ideas by Godelieve:
Godelieve has sponged Fossilized Amber and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks over the Heart Stencil to create the background. Then stamped the Great Friend Small Stamp in Archival Jet Black ink over the top. The Torn Text Texture Stamp was used around the edges. For this card, Godelieve has created a one layer card using the Small Circles & Carved Flowers Stencils, then stamping the Great Friend Small Stamp over the top. It looks fabulous and is a great way to make quick cards! Read more about this card here.
Connie has some cards to share too:
Connie has used the Circle Stencil on the background and stamped the Great Friend Small Stamp over the top. Another great way to use the stencils with these Small Stamps!
For these cards, Connie used the flower head to create a background pattern by masking off the stems and stamping the petals all over the card stock. Then stamped the sentiment over the top. For the card on the right, Connie layered up the flower to highlight it and create more depth. Beautiful cards!! You can read more about these cards on Connie’s blog here.
