The Giraffe Texture Stamp is great for adding a little wild to your projects! The pattern is taken from a real photograph of a giraffe, so it is authentic and real. (The photograph was taken by Rachel Greig while seeing wildlife in Africa). With this stamp you can create textures, backgrounds and interesting features for your projects. We also have a larger Giraffe Background Stamp of this similar design which is perfect to use for an overall background. It also works really well with the giraffe stamp in the Wild Africa Vol 1 Stamp Set.
Here’s a few different ways this stamp set can be used.
Rachel Greig stamped the Giraffe Texture Stamp using Wild Honey, Spiced Marmalade and Rusty Hinge Distress Inks to create a stamped border for this card. Rachel then added the giraffe stamp and sentiment from the Wild Africa Vol 1 Stamp Set.
This next card was created by Anna-Karin Evaldsson where she created three different panels using various warm shades of ink. Anna-Karin used lots of sentiments from the You Matter Sentiment Stamp to add all over the card!
If you would like to try the blended watercolour technique, here is a video where Rachel Greig shares how to create this look using the Giraffe Background Stamp. You can use the same technique with the Giraffe Texture Stamp too!
In this next video, Rachel shares and talks about our new release, including lots of creative projects to show you how they can be used!
We hope you enjoyed these ideas! There are lots of ways you can use the Giraffe Texture Stamp and we hope these ideas have inspired you to create your own projects! Have fun creating!
