Hi there! Today we are sharing lots of ideas using the Small Cloud Set Stencil!
We've released a series of sky related stencils that include the Sun, Moon, Clouds and a Rainbow. The Cloud stencil consists of two different sides clouds, with the stencil and the matching mask, so you can use lots of different techniques to create your clouds! The stencil also includes raindrops too. You can create beautiful ink blends by sponging ink through the clouds, use texture paste, liquid pearls or glitter gels through it, paint through it, gel print, draw or doodle through it, spray ink onto it and press the stencil onto your page for watery effects and more. Here are a few projects using this stencil to inspire you!
On this card, Godelieve has used the cloud mask to sponge ink lightly around the egdes using a light blue ink to create the cloud sky. It's a beautiful way to make a soft background!
For this card, Jane has used the Cloud masks and sprayed Slate Grey Dylusions Shimmer Spray over the top to create a dark stormy sky. Jane has also used the Moon Dust Stickles Glitter Gel to give the clouds a bit of shimmer. You can see more in this next close up picture:
Here's an ATC where Godelieve has used Ranger Opaque Crackle Paste through the stencil. It looks fabulous with all that crackle texture!
The next few projects show how the stencil looks when you sponge ink through the stencil or around the outside of the mask:
In this card, Connie has used the stencil as a template to cut out her own cloud to layer onto the card and add a little bird from the Bird Life Stamp Set.
Have fun creating!
