Details from Teresa:
Fussy cutting elements from these collage stamps makes it incredibly easy to create a layered dimensional focal area for a card or other project. All I've done here is stamp the Butterfly Garden collage stamp onto some patterned paper, cut out some butterflies, added some flowers and finished off with a light sponging of ink and some glitter. The butterflies and fern fronds were coloured with Distress Markers.
Isn't it beautiful! Here's a card by Godelieve:
1. Stamp image onto white cardstock with black ink.
2. Colour butterflies with an oil pastel.
3. Sponge over the stamped image with Distress Inks.
4. Embellish with Viva Decor Pearl Pens. All you do is squeeze a little bit of the liquid pearl from the tube to form a round drop. Allow to dry (depending on the size of the droplet, it takes about 10-30 minutes to dry). Adds a nice touch to your projects!
And last up, here's a card from Rachel:
Stamp the Butterfly Collage onto white cardstock with Jet Black Archival ink. Sponge over the top with Distress Inks. Add some glossy accents to the fern fronds to give it a little dimension and shine. Stamp the butterflies onto a scrap piece of white cardstock, trim each butterfly out and adhere to the main image with a little bit of glossy accents down the body to allow the wings to stand up.
Hope you've enjoyed these cards!Butterfly Garden Collage Stamp ideas
