Hi stampers! It's Rachel here today with a few quick cards using the new Brushed Christmas Vol 1 and Brushed Christmas Vol 2 Stamp Sets.
These two stamp sets are so easy to use. Usually stampers need to make a larger quantity of cards for Christmas, so here are some ideas that can be created quickly but still give stunning results.
1. Stamp Christmas Tree from Brushed Christmas Vol 1 stamp set onto kraft cardstock using Archival Olive ink pad.
2. Stamp the small star on top of the tree using Archival Vermilion ink pad. Stamp the sentiment underneath the tree using the Archival Vermilion ink pad.
3. Adhere to red cardstock, then onto a folded green card.
1. Stamp the round bauble from Brushed Christmas Vol 2 onto white cardstock using Archival Vermilion ink pad. Stamp it again onto a post it note and trim around the image to create a 'mask'.
2. Place the post it note mask over the stamped red bauble. Stamp a different bauble on the left using Archival Olive ink pad. Lift off the mask sheet and you'll see the Olive ink only stamped around the red bauble, making it look like it's behind the red bauble.
3. Stamp the sentiment underneath the baubles using Archival Olive ink pad.
4. Make a small hole in the bauble hangers and thread silver ribbon through and wrap over the top of the cardstock. Adhere panel to red cardstock, then onto a folded green card.
Here's a similar idea, using gold bows:
3. Stamp the sentiment to the right using Archival Olive ink pad.
4. Make a small hole in the bauble hangers and thread gold cord through the holes and tie a bow.
5. Use a corner rounder punch to round the bottom left and top right corners. Adhere panel to green cardstock and do the same.
6. Mount onto a folded red card to finish.
