Hello Darkroom Door fans! It's Belinda Spencer here today to share a couple of cards with you featuring the Boxes 3 Up Small Stencil, and considering the time of year, they just happen to be Christmas cards! This is just the coolest stencil that can easily be used on its own or matched up perfectly with the Boxes 3 Up Frame Stamp.
Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of red glitter cardstock 14cm x 20cm. Fold in half to form the card base.
2. Cut a piece of smooth white cardstock 9.5cm x 13.5cm. Stick down on the card base.
3. Secure your card front to your work surface with a little washi tape. Place the Boxes 3 Up Stencil over the top taking care to centre it on the cardstock. Secure the stencil also with a little washi tape. Use an ink blending tool to apply Festive Berries Distress Ink over the stencil. Leave the stencil in place for the next step.
4. Apply Red Geranium Archival Ink to the small Christmas text stamp from the Christmas Reindeer Stamp Set. Stamp in the top box of the stencil. Repeat for the remaining boxes. You will find that this stamp fits perfectly in the boxes of the stencil.
5. Apply the Festive Berries ink to a reindeer from the same stamp set. Spritz with water and stamp onto another piece of smooth white cardstock. Blend the colour on the stamped image a little with a soft wet paintbrush to ensure even coverage. Dry with a heat gun. Add tiny droplets of water to the reindeer's back and let it sit for a few seconds. Use the very corner of a piece of paper towel to just touch the top of each water droplet to suck up all of the water. This will leave you with cute little spots on the reindeer's back. Dry with a heat gun and fussy cut.
6. Apply a large star from the Stars Stamp Set onto the extra white cardstock using Distress Embossing Ink. Heat set with Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder. Also stamp three small stars, a bauble and the sentiment and heat set with the Gold Tinsel powder. Fussy cut all images and add to the card front using 3D foam behind some for added dimension. Glue the bauble to the reindeer's antlers.

Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of green cardstock 14cm x 20cm. Fold in half to form the card base.
2. Cut a piece of smooth white cardstock 9.5cm x 13.5cm. Stick down on the card base.
3. Secure your card front to your work surface with a little washi tape. Place the Boxes 3 Up Stencil over the top taking care to centre it on the cardstock. Secure the stencil also with a little washi tape. Use an ink blending tool to apply Twisted Citron Distress Ink over the stencil. Leave the stencil in place for the next step.
4. Choose some small stamps (stars and baubles are perfect) from the different Christmas Stamp Sets. Use the Twisted Citron ink to stamp the chosen images into each of the boxes. Stamp repeatedly until the whole box is covered. Remove the stencil.
5. Use a stamp positioning tool to stamp each layer of the Christmas Tree from the Christmas Trees Stamp Set onto an extra piece of smooth white cardstock. Start with the Mowed Lawn ink for the bottom layer. Spritz the stamp with a little mist of water before applying to the cardstock. Next use the Lucky Clover for the second layer. Remove the cardstock from the stamp positioning tool and completely dry with a heat gun. Place back in the stamp positioning tool to apply the third layer of the tree using Distress Embossing Ink. Remove from the stamp positioning tool, sprinkle with Gold Tinsel Embossing Ink and heat set. Fussy cut the tree.
6. Next stamp the pot from the Gardening Vol. 1 Stamp set as well as some stars and the sentiment using the Distress Embossing Ink. Heat set all with the Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder. Fussy cut all images and add all to the card front.
