Hi there! It's Liesbeth Fidder here today to share two cards using the Boxes 12up Frame Stamp and matching stencil. I am showing two different ways you can use it. Here is the first card:
Instructions:
I stamped the Boxes 12 up Frame Stamp with black ink on a piece of white cardstock. Using the matching stencil, I sponged with Distress inks Wild Honey, Abandoned Coral and Aged Mahogany through the stencil into the boxes. I stamped (through the stencil) the Compass Eclectic Stamp and Flourish Texture Stamp using the same colours of Distress ink. With a 1 inch punch, I punched out 12 squares out of sticky masking paper and masked the squeres. I stamped the French Script Background Stamp several times with black ink. I removed the masks. On a seperate piece of white paper I stamped the text 'The journey is the reward' from the Journey Word Block Stamp and the globe from the Steampunk Squares Collage Stamp and cut them out. I glued the words on a small piece of black paper and added it onto the card with glue. I finished this card with black, yellow and dark red cardstock.

Darkroom Door Boxes 12up Stencil

Here is my next card:
Instructions:
First I stamped the Boxes 12 up Frame Stamp onto white cardstock with black ink. Using the stencil, I laid it off centre to the stamped squares and sponged the card with Distress inks Picked Raspberry, Mermaid Lagoon and Wild Honey. I sponged it part by part and started every time in a corner, and I moved the stencil until the background was completely covered with the stencil. I sponged one corner of each square with a bit of Chipped Sapphire, using the stencil. After that I masked the squares with masking paper and stamped the images from Seashells and Sail Away stamp sets. I finished with some highlights using a white gel pen. I glued it onto a white card.
Supplies used:
Darkroom Door Boxes 12up Frame Stamp
Darkroom Door Boxes 12up Stencil
Darkroom Door Seashells Rubber Stamps
Darkroom Door Sail Away Rubber Stamps
Distress Inks: Picked Raspberry, Mermaid Lagoon, Wild Honey, Chipped Sapphire
White gel pen
I hope you like these ideas! Thanks so much for stopping by!
