Recently we reached a major milestone here at Darkroom Door! We released our 100th stamp set! To celebrate, we wanted the 100th set to reflect our love of stamping and getting inky! So we collected and came up with all sorts of quotes and sayings that look at the humorous side of our favourite hobby! Here we have our 100th stamp set, simply called 'Stamper':
All of these quotes are a little 'tounge in cheek' - so husbands I'm sure you're wives would still look for you if you were lost! (or maybe not! LOL) These stamps are suitable for making cards, stamping on the back of cards, envelopes, mail art and more...
Godelieve has been having a bit of fun with this stamp set and has some great projects to share with us! First up a card - perfect to give to all of your stamping friends!!
Details from Godelieve:
I used an image from the Ladies Photobooth. She looks like she was born to stamp :) Background stamping was done with the Damask and Postcard Background stamps.
Used inkpads are Ranger Archival #Jet Black and Distress #Vintage Photo.

When designing this stamp set, I wanted to have some stamps that would be suitable for stamping the back of cards or projects to say it was handmade or hand stamped. Godlieve has created cute little tags... check these out:
The "hand made art" label was stamped with Ranger Archival ink #Plum, punched out and covered with glossy accents.
Here's another tag:
The tag is created from stamping one of the small Tags rubber stamps - then stamping the words inside with Ranger Archival ink #Coffee. Here you can see the stamps used to create the tag:

And for something fun... Godelieve has created a tag book showing lots of the different quotes - perfect little gift for any stamper to display in their craft area!!
Details from Godelieve:
I sponged the tags with Distress Inks, then stamped the base with Scratches and Splatter background stamps using Ranger Archival ink #Sepia.
I used a lot of stamps from the Stamper set and combined them with several Photobooth images.
I used Wild Honey, Broken China and Vintage Photo Distress Inks:
Such fab ideas!! Thanks for sharing all of these projects with us Godelieve!
From all of us here at Darkroom Door we'd like to say a HUGE thank you to all of the stampers out there for supporting us and using our rubber stamps - we couldn't have reached the 100th stamp set without you! We hope you enjoy using this stamp set to celebrate the fun and laughs we all get from stamping, stamp camps, friendships made and craft rooms full of rubber stamps (we all love that!!)
I'd also like to say a big thank you to our Creative Team and Guest Artists for sharing your ideas and projects with our stamping community. Your creativity is always so inspiring to all of us :) Thank you!
As always, happy stamping!!!
Rachel & the Darkroom Door team. xx
