Hi, it’s Belinda Spencer here today to share cards featuring the Circles Texture Stamp. As soon as I saw this awesome stamp I knew I had to create something seaside related! I’ve also created another card with a garden bird theme!
Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of black cardstock measuring 13.5cm x 21cm. Fold in half to form the card base.
2. Cut a piece of smooth white cardstock measuring 10cm x 13cm. Apply the Circles Background Stamp using Jet Black Archival Ink. Ink the edges with Black Soot Distress Ink. Stick down on the card front.
3. Cut another piece of smooth white cardstock measuring 9cm x 12cm. Apply the Circles Texture Stamp using embossing ink. Heat set with white embossing powder.
4. Press the Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxides onto a heat resistant craft sheet. Spritz with water and place the embossed cardstock piece onto the surface. Drag a little as you pull the piece away. Dry with a heat gun and repeat this process until you are happy with the coverage. Flick a little water over the surface and dry with the heat gun again. Stick down on the card front.
5. Using Jet Black Archival Ink, stamp the starfish from the Seashells set on an extra piece of smooth white cardstock. Fussy cut and add to the card front.
6. On the extra piece of smooth white cardstock, stamp the Arty Circles Collage Stamp using the Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide. Add double-sided tape to the back and then cut out 4 of the circles. Also stamp the star circle from the Simply Circles set using the same ink. Cut out and add all circles to the card.
7. Heat emboss a stamp from the Seaside Inchies set. Repeat Step 4 with this piece. Add to the card using 3D foam along with some messy embroidery thread. Add some sequins and ‘water droplets’ using Nuvo Crystal Drops. Stamp a sentiment and add to the card.

Here is another card where I have used the stamp to create some interest on my background and to differentiate the sky from the ground.
Stick down on the card front
3. Cut another piece of smooth white cardstock measuring 9cm x 12cm. Take a piece of scrap printer paper (or other thin paper) and mask off the bottom quarter of this piece. Apply the Circles Texture Stamp using Paradise Teal Archival Ink slightly overlapping the scrap paper. Remove the scrap paper to reveal a flat base to the stamped image. Now place the printer paper over the top section of the piece to mask off the ‘sky’ portion. Apply the Splatter Background Stamp using Tree Branch Archival Ink. Allow the ink to dry or dry with a heat gun.
4. Replace the scrap printer paper to mask off the ‘ground’ area. Place the Arty Circles Small Stencil over the ‘sky’ area and apply Peacock Feathers Distress Ink using an ink blending tool. Repeat this process for the ‘ground’ section using the Arty Triangles Small Stencil and Antique Linen Distress Ink. Use a black journaling pen to add a messy freehand border around the edge.
5. Using Jet Black Archival Ink, stamp a house from the Carved Houses set, a bird from the Garden Birds set and some leaves from the Fine Leaves set on extra smooth white cardstock. Also stamp the music note and the quote from the Melody set. Fussy cut all images. Apply Wild Honey and Gathered Twigs Distress Inks to the bird using an ink blending tool. Add all images to the card front along with some messy embroidery thread.
