DELIVERY DELAYS

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au.


WHOLESALE ORDERS

Shipping varies on location and size of your order. Shipping charges will show as zero during checkout and will be calculated and added to your invoice manually when your order is packed and weighed.


RETAIL ORDERS

Australia: $9.95
International: $14.95 (orders up to $300)
International: $24.95 (orders over $300)


Excludes bulky items. You will be contacted if your order requires extra shipping charges before we ship your order.


SHIPPING TIME

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing time may take longer during new release time. Shipping time varies depending on your location. Australian and NZ orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive. For international orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

All stamps are manufactured in our warehouse and may require extra time to manufacture depending on current demand. If you require your order for a specific date or event, or require express shipping, please contact us.


TRACKING

All orders will have tracking where a tracking option is available. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. It is your responsibility to track your order and pick up from your post office if pick up is required. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-pick up, and you wish your order to be re-sent, additional postage charges will apply.


SHIPPING METHODS

Retail orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and International Airmail. Wholesale Australian orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel & TNT. Wholesale International orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Courier or DHL.
